Privacy Policy

Bud and Bloom Boutique appreciates and respects our customers and their privacy.  Under no circumstances will we divulge your privacy to any third party. All personal information used during purchases are solely for tracking and corresponding with our customers about their orders.  We utilize a secure point of sale through Quickbooks Online/Intuit. We use Cookies to keep track of your shopping cart.

Return Policy

  • Customer Satisfaction is our goal. Returned merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. They must be received with original tags, receipt, and in new condition. Items that appear worn, have stains, or smell of cigarette smoke, deodorant, pet hair or odor, etc. will not be accepted. Returns will be accepted up to 7 business days for exchange only.  No cash refunds. Store credit will be issued if you do not find an item to exchange at the time of return. No exceptions.
  • All Customized, Clearance, Holiday Items, Hats, Swimsuits and Sale items are Final.
  • We are not responsible for any customer supplied items that could be damaged during the process of Personalization.
  • Your signature in store and submission of purchase online means you have reviewed all information and that the order is correct.
  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping cost.
  • We cannot guarantee changes to your order once it is placed.
  • If approved for a return, a store credit will be issued to your account. Please wait until store credit is applied to your account before placing an order and planning to use this credit.

If you send back an item that doesn’t qualify for return then you will be responsible to pay a $5.00 return shipping charge. We will hold the nonreturnable item for 2 weeks. After that time the item will be donated to charity.

Shipping Information

All in stock items will ship within 3-5 business days from time of purchase. Please be aware this applies to normal business days. Weekends and Holidays are not counted.

If your order contains a customized item, please allow up to 2 weeks for handling time. All items will ship together if there are multiple items in the order.

We offer a flat rate shipping of $7.00 with FREE shipping on purchases of $75.00  or more as a thank you! We are proud to offer in-store pick up for our local customers.        

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the correct shipping address.

Custom Orders

We love help our customers create a look they love with customization and personalized items. We make the best effort to describe items and customizations accurately. Colors make appear differently on each screen. Please ensure you double check all spelling color choices before completing your purchase, as customized items can not be returned. Please allow 1-2 weeks for the creation of personalized or customized items.

Site Policies, Modification, and Severability

Please review our other policies, such as our Return policy, posted on this site. These policies also govern your visit to Bud & Bloom. We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Conditions of Use at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
